Problem with scheduling my Azure certification test

I had scheduled my test online and due to some emergency I had missed to take the exam. Now that I am trying to schedule for a new appointment, I am receiving below error. Please suggest me how to schedule a missed exam.

50056: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out
and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
