HdInsight problem when create database in Hive from Jupyter Notebook

I want to create a new database in hive, read and write data. So, i created a new jupyter notebook file with spark kernel and followed a tutorial. At the end, i can see the database and the table created in jupyter but i can´t see the database in Hive view 2.0 neither in hive shell.
This is what i did :

and this is my problem (the database don´t appear in Hive view 2.0)
