How to reschedule when system interruption?

Hello,
I am trying to reschedule my exam, but the process is all the time saying that there is a system interruption. How I can get my exam rescheduled? I am trying to do it since a few hours ago, and the exam is tomorrow. I am trying to reschedule with more than 24hours in advance but due to this problem, I am afraid of don't be able to do it on time.
