enable ethernet router without admin priviledges

We have a domain at work, one of the computers has disabled its Ethernet adapter so it cant access domain. We cant access with an admin account since it cant connect to the network. The local user has limited privileges . How do i proceed without having to buy a wireless adapter for the pc?
