Access has been crashing on users when using Find and Replace tool. I can replicate the issue on multiple user's machine's and attempted to resolve the issue by conducting a Repair, Uninstall and Reinstall. I also removed Office registry keys to check if the issue will resolve with no success. I also ran the program as admin with no success. There is one user that does not experience Access crashing when performing a Find and Replace and verified he is using the same version of Access as everyone else. Below is the following error I found within event viewer.

I think we might be on the road to Dublin here. While 'find and replace' is a cheap and cheerful way of updating data, executing an UPDATE statement is the usual approach in a developed relational database application. If this is a frequent requirement you can build a user-friendly interface by which the users can build and execute a statement to update values in a table. However, the fact that you need to do this does make me wonder about the validity of your table designs. Perhaps you could clarify the context in which 'find and replace' is being used.
