reportRoot: getOffice365ActivationsUserDetail does not return Last Activated Date for some users

I am using the reportRoot: getOffice365ActivationsUserDetail to get a list of Last Activated Date for a list of users. I am unable to get this Last Activated Date in response for some of the users. I reached out to the user , and they claimed to have activated O365 in their desktop.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? This happens only for a few users. I can see Last Activated Date for a lot of users. Is there any specific reason why this Last Activated Date might not be recorded for few of the users?

Any information in this regard would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Does the data match what you see on the admin portal - https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?#/reportsUsage/OfficeActivations?
If the users have who activated Office for desktop clients/apps across platforms and are missing last activated date, you should create support request.

In my digging, I have users who have activations but 0 on all client types. All of these don't have last activation date
