SSRS over VPN

We recently started using a new VPN and a user that uses SSRS is having issues setting up Data Sources on it.
Whenever trying to setup a data source connection, it errors with:
Unable to connect to the data source. Please verify the connection properties and credentials. Specified method is not supported

I've tried the exact same thing, in office, and have no issues.
And it's only started happening since they've started using this new VPN.

Are there any ports that SSRS specifically uses?
Can't think of anything else it would be...
