Missing Computer Certificate after upgrade to Windows 11

We are using Cisco ISE as network access control.
This uses Certificates to accept the computers in to the net.
We have seen that these certificates issued from our CA is missing after upgrade to Windows 11.
So the computers looses net connection after upgrade.

    The simplest way to solve this is to downgrade to windows 10 and wait a few more weeks to upgrade back to windows 11 because this might just be a fearful bug.
