30days Data Scientist training

Question

I'm trying to learn Azure and landed on the page :

https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/overview/ai-platform/data-scientist-resources/#overview

where at the top it is said : Download the learning journey for machine learning on Azure, clicking that link downloads a pdf

"Learning Journey for Machine Learning on Azure - 20210208.pdf".

there the link https://aka.ms/30daysML requests me register : I see a screen with in the middle : "You'll have 30 days to complete the challenge" and a button in the middle : Begin now.

Pressing that button results in 2 screens where I have to agree in the fact that my data will be used and then I get the message :
"Well, that's embarrassing; we were unable to enroll you."

And there I'm stuck.
