hello,

i m facing this error with my azure data facroty while im trigering the pipeline :

The internal server errors usually occurs when there is an intermittent/transient issue with the dependent service. Could you please confirm if the issue still persists or auto resolved? If it persists could you please share the failed pipeline runID and activity runID?

HI @khaled boujelbene ,

Thanks for your response. I see that you are trying to use a Default integration runtime. Could you please try creating a custom Azure IR specific to a region (closer to your ADF region) and see if that helps?
If the issue still persists, I would recommend filing a support ticket for deeper investigation. Do let us know how it goes.

hello,

thank you for the response,

my ADF is belong to the region of "france center",

and autoresloveIR is configured automatically "automatically resolution"
for the region !

So i test the trigger with a new custom IR with the region "france center" ?

Hi @khaled boujelbene - Sorry for the late response. Yes, please try creating a custom Azure IR pointing to "France center" and see of that helps to resolve the issue and if that didn't help, I also would suggest to create a custom IR pointing to a different location and see if that resolves. If the issue persist in both cases I would recommend filing a support ticket for deeper investigation. In case if you don't have a support plan, please let me know here so that I can work with you offline in filing a support request.
