Where is my score card

I have given my exam today i.e, on 29-10-2021 at 2: 45 pm IST slot. As my laptop works only on power supply (due to battery issues), it got shut down when there was power loss around 4 pm. By 4 pm I clicked on finish and trying to give comments to each question. Now im unable to check my marks and also certificate. Please help me out of this,Where is my score card?
