User Registered As MFA But Shows As Single-Auth

I have a question around users who have MFA turned on but could be using apps that circumvent it... please view screenshot below.

  • Some users I know will register as Single-Factor due to use of a whitelisted site IP.
  • Other users, however, are definitely NOT onsite and using apps that show them as Single.

Would appreciate clarity around this - goal is to confirm users are getting around MFA in some way & shut access to such apps off.

    Did you ever get an answer for this? I'm seeing the same thing with user sign-in logs even though we have MFA required for the entire org.
