psi exam not launching az900

my exam was scheduled on 30th oct 2021 , 1:30 PM asia/kolkata time.
however i went through regular process of showing camera, recording video, taking selfie.
later after 20 mins past exam time i find that there are no appointment schedule in that section.
i want to understand how??? neither i was getting an option of launch the test at all.145125-microsoft.png
