Recent hardware change

i recently changed hardware to a new cpu the first motherboard i installed had usb and other issues so changed to a gigabyte board i had reactivated windows on the dodgy asus board and when i went to reactivate again on the gigabyte board it wouldnt allow it saying it had already been done so i removed my devices from my account believing it would fix the issue now i am getting a message saying there is no devices on my account to restore from and i cant get through to a human at microsoft leaving me hear
