The word that you are looking for is solve, not slove.

Run process Monitor. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon

Set a filter for "path contains powershell".

In the trace you should see some process launching Powershell, and if you double click on the Powershell process you will be able to see any command line arguments that were passed to it.

Select path, contains, and type in powershell. Then click add.

The magnifying glass icon will start and stop the trace. Stop the trace after the problem has occurred. Procmon can capture a lot of data.

Try to figure out what program is launching Powershell, and what parameters are being passed to it.

Did you recently install some software that might cause this?

Select the command field and copy and paste the full text of the command back to this site so that we can see what script it is trying to execute.
