操作的手顺
1.建一个新新表，名为year001

2.新建一列，名为year，类型为Date

3.新建一列，名为year11，类型为公式，公式内容为Year(year)

4.刷新数据

5.year列新加一行，日期选择20211102

6.关闭表再打开，year11列显示为2021.00

7.year11的属性也变成十进制
