SCCM Protection point failed

I had upgrade the OS for the SCCM VM from 2012 to 2019, in this process I had followed this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/servers/manage/upgrade-on-premises-infrastructure :
1-Remove the System Center Endpoint Protection (SCEP) client.
2-Remove the WSUS role from the server.
3-Upgrade the OS.
4-Check the services.
5-Reinstall & Configure the WSUS role. Till this point everything was okay, but while checking the SCCM component status I found that the Endpoint Protection Point has a critical status it can't distribute the content on any of the DPs. even after performing a site reset and reinstalling this point.

Please advise what should I do to solve this issue.

Endpoint Protection Point has a critical status, could we know the detail of this error? please refer to this screenshot:

'it' means DP or Endpoint Protection Point? These two points implement two functions, could we explain the situation in detail?

Distribution point (DP) is a Configuration Manager server role where packages are stored for later distribution.

The Endpoint Protection Point provides the default settings for all antimalware policies and installs the Endpoint Protection client on the Site System server to provide a data source from which the SCCM database resolves malware IDs to names.
