Define non compliance messages for policies on blueprint assignments

Hi, I know we can specify non compliance messages when assigning a policy but I can't find any details on how to specify it when assigning a policy via a blueprint assignment.

    Hi,
    Blueprints are going towards deprecation. They will be replaced by other services. Do not expect new features in Azure Policy to be implemented in Blueprints. As Blueprints can implement ARM template you can switch to defining the policy assignments as ARM Templates thus you will be able to use directly policy APIs and implement input for non-compliance messages.
