serverless sql pool - bulk load error on accessing view

Question

Hello,
I am using serverless sql pool.
Power bi team can see the views I have created in the blobstorage via the Get Data screen in power BI...
They are unable to load the view into the report.
The error they receive is:

Load
viewName
Failed to save modifications to the server.
You do not have permission to use the bulk load statement.

As this is the serverless sql pool, I am not sure where and what rights to give...

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the ask and using Microsoft Q&A platform .

The PowerBI users when trying to connect are they using a sql authentication or AAD pass through ? . I think the users a are using AAD passthrough & they do not have access to the storage account .
