How can I change the export location of documents in Dynamics AX?

Good day,

I was wondering if it's possible to change the default export location for documents other then Excel in Dynamics?

We're using a remote desktop and I have to save a lot word documents and email them from my client desktop.
I'm having to copy/paste the directory for every document manually now, as it resets to my documents location on the remote desktop every time.

Already changed the export location for Excel documents to the directory I want the files to go on my client desktop, but it does it only for Excel files and not for Word, PDF etc.
