Unable to create a new project in the "Form Recognizer Studio", all settings are set correctly for blob container, storage and form recognizer service.
With the same settings I was able to create 4 projects, I decided to remove them and try to create a new one but I keep getting the same error. My colleagues are having the same issue we all share the same service, Is there a limitation on how many projects can be made based on price tier? We only have 2 active projects at the moment and those are attached to our service. We are all unable to make new projects.

@Anonymous Thanks for the question. Can you please add more details about the prebuilt model that you are trying in the Form Recognizer Studio.

I'm using a custom model following this flow
Im using a free pricing tier (F0) for the form recognizer service.
For the storage account i have:
Performance/Access tier
Standard/Hot
Replication
Locally-redundant storage (LRS)
Account kind
StorageV2 (general purpose v2)
CORS is configured properly.
I was able to make 3 projects with the same settings, without changing anything I'm unable to make new projects.

It worked for me when I added / to the url field instead of the default blank.
What url field? Do you mean on the CORS settings of the blob for the "Allowed origins" that url?
So the url would be "https://formrecognizer.appliedai.azure.com/" instead of "https://formrecognizer.appliedai.azure.com", that doesn't work either.
The solution to this problem is to add an slash "/" when making a new project on the "Folder path" settings. The "Folder path" option cannot be left empty even if there are no sub folders on the container.
