Does Azure student subscribtion include Azure DevOps?

I received an email stating that my student subscription expired which is of no issue. But the email mentions that all my data will be deleted. Does this also include Azure DevOps repos, organizations with all the code/commits in it? Or will I be able to use my account as before just that my virtual machines, network interfaces will be deleted?
And if they are will I still be able to use the free services like "Azure Functions" or "Comos DB" (of course within the free limits) ?
