We recently migrated to a new physical server - from Windows Server 2012R2 to Windows Server 2019 Standard
The Backup is configured the same as the old server, with various directories being backup up (not full volumes)
The destination is a removable cartridge with a share built to a directory on the cartridge . . .on the old server, it did a full backup after we deleted the old backup, and subsequently did incrementals each night until we swapped out the cartridge and the share folder was empty. . .then it would do a Full and start the cycle again.
Now, it does a Full Backup every night, which takes 7.5 hours, making it impractical.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. . .
