Hello i have skype for busines 2015 on 2012r2 server
I need to upgrade os to windows server 2019.
Does ms support in this scenario upgrade os by upgrade in pleace ?

An in-place upgrade is supported but never recommended, better option is to clean install, patch fully, migrate roles or applications over.
