How can i unblock my product key in windows 8.1 or how can i reactivate if my product key is not working

Hello I am facing problem activating my windows 8.1 single language build 9600 it shows that the server is blocking its activation and I have tried a lot of methods to reactivate it but nothing works I have and original windows and i dont know how to activate it please help or pls provide a generic key to install windows 10 because it asks to activate windows which i am unable to
And I dont know who can help me with it so I have tagged anyone

Hello, @Aryan Bhardwaj !

If you are using a virtual machine in DevTest Labs, there should be no need to activate Windows (and using your key is not advised as hardware changes between uses and this will rapidly deplete your remaining activations).

If you can't activate Windows online for some reason, you can activate Windows by phone:

To activate Windows 8.1 by phone:

• Select the Start button, enter PC settings, and then select PC settings from the list of results.
• Select Activate Windows, and then select Contact customer support for help. Administrator permission required You may be asked for an admin password or to confirm your choice.
• Select your location (or the location nearest to you) from the drop-down list, and then select Next.
• Call one of the available phone numbers listed. An automated system will guide you through the activation process.
