I am on server01. i am trying to execute below syntax and i am getting error fetching zone information i.e for my domain.

How about posting the error message? The FullyQualifiedErrorId might be telling you what the problem is. It might look like this:
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : WIN32 1722,Get-DnsServerResourceRecord
That would probably point to a problem with RPC (firewall problem?). You seem to go through a lot of contortions to get to the machine "mydc01".
Just because the text of the error message says "Get-DnsServerResourceRecord : Failed to get the zone information for XXXX.com on server 192.168.1.1." it doesn't tell you the whole story!

The first thing I noticed is that the server name on line 5, is different than the server name provided on line 1, is this correct?

yes its different, i am connected to server01, from server01, i want to connect to server02's powershell and execute the syntax
What's the error message you are receiving and if you run it directly on server2 without the session connection do you get the same error?

I'm assuming that your domain is not called contoso.com, you need to change this to the dns domain on your server you want export.
