Format a Date Field & a People or Group Field inside our PnP Modern Search web part

Question

I have added the PnP Modern Search v4 web part inside our SharePoint Online tenant from this url @ https://github.com/microsoft-search/pnp-modern-search/releases/tag/4.4.1 .

Now i define the following inside PnP Search result web part to show all documents:-

where i am trying to show values for a Date column and value for a People or Group columns, as follow:-

Where i defined the managed properties of the above 2 columns inside the PnP Search Results web part as follow:-

but i got the following format for the Date & the People or Group:-

So how i can show user friendly Date and user friendly People inside the PnP modern search web part?

Per my research, pnp search is a custom solution, and it is currently beyond the scope of Q&A forum support. I would suggest you seek help on GitHub, you could get better help there:
