Issues with finding my certifications and badges in the Certification Dashboard

Hello, I contacted you earlier to get your help merging my accounts. You confirmed that the merge was complete and that my badge was reissued on the merged account with MCID: 10801888. However, going to my Dashboard I am not able to find my badge or certification. I need to find this and am waiting for a message to retake the exam as it is getting close to the end of the validity period for the certification. I am not receiving any message and I not able to see any possibilities for a retake on my dashboard.
