I'M TIRED, I'VE TRIED A FEW WAYS, BUT NOTHING WORKED. THE PROBLEM I WANTED TO CONNECT THE PRINTER, BUT THE OPERATION ERROR COULD BE COMPLETED (ERROR 0X00000709), AFTER I INVESTIGATED IT TURNED OUT TO BE DUE TO AN UPDATE FROM MICROSOFT KB5006670, I TRIED TO REMOVE IT NORMALLY BUT AN ERROR APPEARED, I TRIED WITH COMMAND (CMD)"SINTAX WUSA" BUT AN ERROR APPEARED AS WELL, AND I TRIED WITH DISM REVOME-PACKAGES ALSO ERRORS. DISM failed.
No operation was performed.
I'M LOOKING AT THE DISM LOG.LOG.

    How did you determine that the error was related to a specific update?

    If it is a Windows update problem then consider either a system restore or performing an in place upgrade repair.

    i had the same problem ... with the same error in dism log
    but just few hours ago 23-nov-2021 ... seems that microsoft released optional update KB5007253 that fixed my problem ...
    you just need to update to latest version of windows updates till your windows build become 19044.1348
