Content type is document and I cannot find the option to add the "Folder content type".

When I open the form the content type that is showing is the folder content type.

and when I try to add the custom column to that content it is taking too long to add that field.

What im trying to do is add a field in the properties form called Project Manager but it only showing 3 fields : content type with default value folder, title and name.

Im tried the steps above but i lt didn't work for me.

Hi @Roberto El Hajj Boutros ,

You could create a new custom Folder content type then add "Project Manager" column to this content type.

    1.Create custom content type.
Site Settings > Site content types > Create content type > Parent category select Folder Content Type > Content type select Folder > Create

2.Add column to this content type
In new content type page click Add site column > Create new site column > Remember enable Require that this column contains information

3.Add custom content type to your library.
Settings > Library settings > Content Types > Add from existing site content types > Select your site content types and click Add
