conflict with MSA email for 5 persons

We have problem with 5 employees whose certificate result won't show in MPN (in PartnerCenter). MS support asked me to contact you; Learning. They said "the back end team has provided with an update that based on their checking there seems to be a conflict with the MSA email address for all the 5 users and this has to be corrected by the Learning team. Both email address must be the same and only then the corresponding exams will reflect in Skills report."

Please help

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
