Very strange RDP drop out issue

I have a LAN with 4 computers all using Windows 10 that I use for 3D rendering. I use one to remote into the other three. This was all working fine, however, for one of the remote computers (details), I had to recently use the "Reset This PC" function. After doing so I have been faced with various error messages whenever I try to remote in, which result in me being kicked out after 1 to 60 seconds. These include:

I should note all the other computers in the LAN can still be remotely connected to without issue and I'm not using a VPN.

Strangely these errors all but go away when the computer is actively rendering an animation (which uses high amounts of RAM, GPU, VRAM and network traffic). It could be rendering for days and the moment it stops I will get one of the above errors and be booted out.

When using the device directly it will frequently drop out of web pages and give an error code: Out of Memory (regardless of browser). The device itself has 24gb of ram and is nowhere near capacity when those errors occur. When doing prolonged things like transferring files across the network or playing an online game there are no stability issues.

I am quite flummoxed as to where the issue is, and from my research online have so far tried the following, to no effect:

  1. Remoted in from a different computer within the LAN, which had the same issue, so I assume the problem is not on my side.
  2. Did another full reset including wiping all user data. The errors occurred returned before any non-windows software was installed.
  3. Used a different ethernet cable, port and router port with the problem PC
  4. Disabled the ethernet's IPv4 Large Send Offload, Energy Efficient Ethernet and Wake on Magic Packet
  5. Checked the date & time, they match up
  6. Disabled the firewall to see if that was blocking it, and changed the computer's name.
  7. Changed the port that RDP was using.
  8. Both updated and rolled back my network driver
  9. Tested the RAM on the device over a few days, it all seemed stable.
  10. Tried alternating removing RAM cards to see if one was unstable, nothing changed.
  11. Did the following in command prompt: ipconfig /flushdns || netsh int reset all || netsh int ip reset || netsh winsock reset
  12. Removed the files in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\TermService\Parameters". It just broke the connection so I reinstated them afterward.

I've hit the end of my diagnostic ability. My last stop is a wipe and clean install from a USB, but if anyone has any insights as to even where I could test next that would be appreciated.
