Hi,

We understand that SMBv1 is disable by default for Windows Server 2016 1607.
Due to legacy IBM application only support SMBv1 protocol we had enable SMBv1 as refer to Microsoft Learn

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-server/storage/file-server/troubleshoot/smbv1-not-installed-by-default-in-windows

We understand for the after the first enable of SMBv1 it will automatic disable after 15 days while enable again it will not more action required.

Currently we facing the SMBv1 service sudden not able to access from legacy application but can access to old Windows Server SMBv1.
It been able to connect to SMBv1 service over few months in the past.
Can we get support from Microsoft on what happening and root cause of the SMBv1 is not able access?
