At a high level you need to download the iso from Microsoft volume license server. Mount it, copy the content and import the win file. Copy your existing TS or create a new one and add the image against the OS install step. There is obviously a lot of other steps needed in the TS, but if you already have a bare metal TS in place then you can just use that and update it with the new image, drivers, apps etc. Here is the complete official guide for reference.

Please could someone offer advice.
Our current win10 Image is on version 1803.
Could someone offer any advice how I could get the latest image and incorporate it into the current Task Sequence. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.The latest windows 10 version is windows 10 21H1, Microsoft published the Windows 10 21H1 feature update on VLSC, we can download it from VLSC.
