Hello, I have a question. Is the outbound traffic that can be generated by one or more virtual machines in Azure against Office 365 billable? Or being Microsoft services they are free...

I don't think there is an official statement from Microsoft on this (and I have looked) but from my experience the answer is no. There may be some exceptions to this but I have never seen any charges even when using different Azure regions and geographies.

Hallo, Ive the same question and nobody knows it. If I upload a file from my Azure Virtual Desktop to SharePoint Online, this is outgoing Traffic. Is this Traffic free Include?

I have the same question. Do you pay egress network charges when accessing MS services such as O365 from your Azure AVD desktop?
It might depend on which region your Azure resources are in and which geography your tenant is homed in. Typically these will be the same so there's generally no charges within the region.
