Hi Sandy 1109,
Thank you for posting on Microsoft Forum.
According to your description, you are asking if there is any way to set Outlook calendar to other time zone for the specific period ahead of time.In general, the time zone of Outlook calendars corresponds to the time zone set in Windows by default. To modify the time zone for Outlook calendars, but it will change the default time zone in Windows as well, follow these steps:
- Go to File> Options
- Click Calendarin the left bar of the Outlook Options dialog box > Time zones section and choose a time zone from the Time zone drop down list
- Then click the OKto confirm, the time zone has been set to the new one for all calendars.
And also, the following techniques may be used to change the time zone for a specific appointment or meeting on a calendar:
- Create a new appointment/meeting or open the existing one.
- Go to Appointment> Time Zones to display the time zones field.
- Select a new time zone from the Time zone drop down list next to the Start/End time boxes.
- Savethe appointment or meeting and close/send it.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
De Paul
