outlook time zone adjustment for future

I will be working in another time zone in a couple of weeks. Is there any way to set my Outlook calendar to that other time zone for that specific period ahead of time? I know how to change the time zone once I'm actually in the different time zone. However, for the sake of colleagues scheduling meetings with me, I want them to be able to see now the time zone I will be working in in the future.

Thanks for your response. I was aware of all of that but appreciate the refresh. However, it doesn't solve my issue.

I have recurring appointments and accepted invitations *already* on my calendar, and I want to change the time zones for the occurrences of those meetings and those accepted invites for the week I'll be in the different time zone. But I am unable to do that. Is there a way?

    Hi Sandy 1109,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Forum.   According to your description, you are asking if there is any way to set Outlook calendar to other time zone for the specific period ahead of time.In general, the time zone of Outlook calendars corresponds to the time zone set in Windows by default. To modify the time zone for Outlook calendars, but it will change the default time zone in Windows as well, follow these steps:

    1. Go to FileOptions
    2. Click Calendarin the left bar of the Outlook Options dialog box > Time zones section and choose a time zone from the Time zone drop down list
    3. Then click the OKto confirm, the time zone has been set to the new one for all calendars. And also, the following techniques may be used to change the time zone for a specific appointment or meeting on a calendar:
    4. Create a new appointment/meeting or open the existing one.
    5. Go to Appointment> Time Zones to display the time zones field.
    6. Select a new time zone from the Time zone drop down list next to the Start/End time boxes.
    7. Savethe appointment or meeting and close/send it.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards, De Paul
