Can't connect to bot

I am trying to interact with my bot. It was working one second and then the Azure Portal all of a sudden removed my channels and I am not able to re-add any of my channels. This is causing my bot to error out with a 401 Invalid AppId passed on token. It seems like Bot Services is completely down.

This is what I keep seeing when I try to load my channels and I can't report this to Azure without paying for a support plan which is utter nonsense.
