Windows 11 upgrad and video won't work

Yesterday I updated to windows 11. Today I can't play any video in any app or website: Facebook Twitch, Netflix, HBO max, my own saved videos (though it says it is an audio issue. ) I can't find the troubleshooter for audio or video in windows 11. Do I need to update drivers? What do I need to do to fix this?

    Check for Windows Update and download and install all updates.
    You may visit your device's manufacturer website and download and install the latest audio driver.
