I received a call from Microsoft about my new Azure account. Was it real or a scam?

I signed up for a Microsoft Azure account a day or two ago.

I just received a call from someone claiming to be an agent for Microsoft, making sure I was aware of the $200 30-day credit my new Azure account had (a real thing that I am aware of) and offering to "helping me get started with Azure services."

The call seemed to be from overseas, the caller ID showed as "skype" and the number was 1 425-635-2970. I was not asked for anything sensitive but the call seemed altogether unnecessary and the agent seemed to be dragging the call out, even after I basically said, "I'm all good."

Was this a legitimate call from a Microsoft/Azure agent? Are follow up calls after creating Azure accounts a thing?
If no (it was not a legit call), are there any actions that I should take security-wise?
