Free Virtual Instance not able to create

Hi Everyone

I have signed up for free account and also converted my account in pay as you go category after trail period.

I am eligible for one free virtual instance.

I tired to create it but not able to create free instance at end it shows charges for monthly to pay.

Can any one please help me to understand how can i create free virtual instance

    To better understand this can you please provide more details about this free VM ? What is the free virtual instance that you are talking about .
    Generally while creating every VM it will show you the charge per hour/month . And if you have got any bonus , It should reflect in your bill directly
