I had Authenticator setup correctly on a previous iPhone and I didn’t know I needed to backup the app before switching to a new phone. Now I can’t use the Authenticator app to verify my identity when trying to log in. I also don’t have any backup codes associated with this login.
Is there a way I can reset the login associated with Authenticator so that I can regain access to my Teams account?
