Yes, all applications in the Microsoft Store will be available for the Windows 10, will be available for the Windows 11 too.
Most applications which are running in the Windows 10, should work on the Windows 11.

I've recently bought an Asus Vivobook, which came with all Microsoft apps integrated, my question is, if I will upgrade to Windows 11, will these apps come with me on Windows 11, or will I have to buy them?

It should be come up with Windows 11 provided that it is compatible to run with Windows 11, else you may need to uninstall them and Install with Windows 11 supported versions.
