No access to certificates

Hello guys,
I'm having issues with my Microsoft Certification dashboard. Few days ago I passed my MD-100 Exam, now im trying to view the Certification true the view Certification button on the Dashboard. When I click on the button I am forwarded to a page that can't be load, as you can see in the following screenshot. The 48 hours that you should wait until the certificate is available are also over. I already had problems with my Microsoft account because of the registration for the exam, it seems that something with my account is strange.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
