Subscription cancellation and refund

I subscribed to Office365 Personal for the third year in a row and in mid-May I was charged for that package properly, yesterday it occurred to me in Word that I needed to renew the package and I squeezed the renewal of the Personal package, but it took 99 euros for the Family package, at least unnecessarily since the package was renewed 5 months ago. I canceled my subscription and asking for a refund of those 99 euros

    O365 is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Office 365 actively monitors questions over at
