Windows 10 - Update build number to 20H2

I have some computers with build number 1803, I need to upgrade to build number 20H2. In the company we use SCCM CB with SUP to update the windows 10. Is possible the build number update to 20H2 from 1803? or I need first update some previous build number before update to 20H2. One consideration is that the pcs are being used by the users and have theirs data and user profiles. Ideally, after the update the user information remains intact

please help me with any recommendations.

    Hi,

    honestly the best thing you can do is grab one of these PCs and try the upgrade yourself.
    It should be possible to go from 1803 to 20H2 but I am not 100% about it and testing something big like this beforehand is best practice

    I just upgraded my 1909 version to 21H1 without any problem (more exactly just VirtualBox that I had to uninstall first),
    so 1803 to 20H2 should work fine
