About the difference between Web Outlook and Window Outlook APP when setting up a subscription in graph API 1.0

I am developing a program that synchronizes events by subscribing users/${id}/events by registering a subscription through Graph API 1.0.
Currently, when creating an event in Web Outlook, the alarm comes down through subscription well, but when creating an event through the Window Outlook App, the alarm does not come down.
Are there any settings I'm not aware of?

Looks like the issue is more related to Graph API 1.0. Please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and I will remove "office-outlook-itpro" tag.
