Hi team,
From last 3monts , we are facing a strange issue where autopilot profile is getting assigned to device after 3-4hrs sometime 6hrs of delay.
This issue is happing for both dynamic group and assigned group where device is added manually and also using dynamic query with order ID.
i have raised case with MS a month a go, but no resolution was provided by Azure ad and Intune team and mentioned its expected behavior, but i don't thing is expected behavior.

There have been issues with Autopilot in general in the past month or so. A little delay is expected, however, the issue you are experiencing could be specific to your tenant and opening a case with MS is the best option here which you have already done. I am afraid there isn't much one can do here.
Thanks, already aware of same, that's why I’m expecting some MSFT to reply on this thread, so that I can share my tenant ID to MSFT to check from backend if possible.
I believe this forum is handled by some senior MSFT engineers.

Or please check if there is any message about the Autopilot profile assignment delay issue in Tenant administration > Tenant status > Service health and message center. if yes, it will show the status of this issue.
