Intel HD graphics not Detected

I Have a Lenovo legion 5 with the following specs.
Processor: i5 10300h
Ram: 8gb
GPU: GTX 1650
OS: Windows 10 21H1 (OS build 19043.1320)

I was facing an issue with the OS and had to RESET my PC. The reset option that I chose kept all my files but deleted all the settings and apps.
However after the reset the igpu which is Intel HD graphics 630 is not being detected in device manager or anywhere else.

You see, the lenovo legion 5 has a mux switch which allows the user to switch between 1: dedicated GPU only mode which only uses the discrete GPU (in my case the GTX 1650) and 2: Hybrid mode which uses both the integrated graphics and the dedicated GPU.

After the reset when I switch my laptop to hybrid mode, the intel HD graphics is not being detected. This causes all kinds of graphical issues as I use my PC. The start menu jitters as it opens. The transparency effects don't work It just shows the background without any of the blur effects that windows 10 uses.

I looked up the display adapter in the device manager (while my laptop was still in hybrid mode). It is only detecting the dedicated graphics and also one 'Microsoft basic display adapter'. Earlier it used to show both the Intel HD graphics and The dedicated GPU.

The Hybrid mode functionality is really important to me as it helps conserve battery which is really useful to me as a student.

I tried downloading the intel HD graphics drivers from Intel's website but it was futile as it said that my PC does not meet the minimum system requirements for the driver, when I ran the setup.

Please any kind of help would be really appreciated.
