Insights are not working in virtual machine scale set, it shows the agents are in Failed State

Please try the below mentioned steps :-
Go to your VMSS instance and "Stop" it.
Delete the OMS agent extension from VMSS.
Go back to your VMSS Instance and Click on "Upgrade" and upgrade your VMSS instance to latest version.
Once the upgrade is completed, Go to your VMSS and try to enable the Log Analytics
Once your Log Analytics is enabled, Start the VMSS instance.
Done! Your insights should be available in few minutes.
