az303 solution architect exam and 3 microsoft practice exams refund

Hi,

I had purchased az303 solution architect exam associate ($165) and 3 microsoft practice exams($80) totaling $245 but due to personal exigency I wont be able to take exam. I havent accessed 3 microsoft practice exams yet even once. If I cancel exam which is scheduled on Nov 21 on pearson's website will I get complete refund of $245. Pls clarify.
